Call Never Shout Never gay all you want, this is good stuff.
So about 95% of the population thinks that Never Shout Never is gay, and hell, they might be, but that doesn't stop me from liking them. This is a band that got started when one guy (Christopher Drew) made a small EP (The Yippee EP) and put it on Myspace, and people loved it, and he exploded into a super soft type band. His voice sounds super girly and pre-pubescent, but it works for him. Drew's lyrics are also the most in depth and deep lyrics I've heard from any band, metal and alternative alike. He even surpasses my appreciation for Derek in Mayday Parade, which takes a lot. So if you can get past the prejudice and the femy-looking stuff they make, it has some good lyrics and music in it. Don't hate!
